According to the Times Herald Record, an employee of the Orange County Sheriff's office alerted police on Friday that the woman was attempting to leave the McDonalds on Route 211 East in the Town of Walkill. Police say that Danielle Gaetano from Dingman's Ferry was driving under the influence.

The five-months-pregnant woman had two children aged four and five in the car with her.

Gaetano was charged with DWI and endangering the welfare of a child. Police say a search of the woman's car uncovered  276 oxycodone pills and a switchblade knife. Gaetano was brought to Orange Regional Medical Center for treatment and released on $30,000 bond. She is expected in court on Wednesday.
