The high profile case against Robert Durst has come to the Hudson Valley as investigators target a local home for evidence against the alleged killer.

ABC-TV's Eyewitness News reports that New York State police have removed approximately 60 boxes of paperwork from a home in Orange County that are to be used as evidence against Durst. The home belongs to a friend of Robert Durst who lives in Campbell Hall. The friend was storing boxes of court transcripts, photographs, bills and other items in her home at the request of the alleged murderer.

Attorneys for Durst filed paperwork on Friday claiming that his arrest for drug and weapon chargers in New Orleans and murder in California was illegal and part of an orchestrated publicity stunt surrounding the HBO Documentary "The Jinx."

Durst is to appear in New Orleans court on Monday, and a judge has agreed to schedule a hearing on Durst's Attorney's requests at that time.
