When To Begin Paying Poughkeepsie Parking Meters

As of Tuesday June 10th, it's going to cost you.

Drivers will have to start feeding change into newly-installed parking meters in Poughkeepsie starting Tuesday June 10, 2014.  The Common Council approved the parking meter project in late April to generate more than one-million dollars in revenue to balance the city's budget.  People will be paying 25-cents for every ten minutes of parking at the meters between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
