Powdered Alcohol Coming to NY?

Powdered alcohol is one step closer to being banned in New York State. The New York State Senate passed legislation yesterday banning the sale of powdered alcohol. The powdered alcohol also known as "Palcohol" is a power that when mixed with liquid creates the equivalent of a mixed drink. The bill has now been sent to the Assembly.
