Prophets of Rage featuring members of Public Enemy, Cypress Hill and Rage Against The Machine have released their highly anticipated debut track. They'll be rocking the Barclays Center in Brooklyn in August.

The 'Make America Rage Tour' is hitting several venues in the tri-state area including Foxwoods in Connecticut and PNC in New Jersey in addition to the Brooklyn date on August 27th.

The new song 'Prophets of Rage' is the first piece of original music from the band, although the track borrows heavily from a 1988 Public Enemy track with the same name. If you're wondering what you're going to get at a show, you'll hear lots of music from each contributing band. A recently show in Hollywood featured a rousing version of Rage Against The Machine's 'Killing In The Name'. As much as I love the sound of this band and the vocalists, part of me longs for the return of Zach De La Rocha. But I'll take what I can get.
