A wet weekend for the Hudson Valley. A weak cold front will stall over the region.  This particular boundary will bring showers and thunderstorms, with locally heavy rainfall.  Sunday looks like the better of the two days, with more clouds, but Saturday looks like a day of heavier rainfall.  Temperatures will only top out in the mid 70’s both days.  While, night time temperatures will be in the mid 60’s.

The potential for some heavy rains on Saturday, the National Weather Service has issued a flood watch from 12am Saturday to 8am on Sunday.

Here’s the latest forecast from the National Weather Service:

Saturday:  Cloudy, with showers likely.  High near 74.  Thunderstorms are possible after 11am.

Saturday night:  Cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms.  Some storms will produce heavy rain.  Overnight low around 65.

Sunday:  Cloudy, high near 78.  There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms.

Monday:  Cloudy with a chance of showers.  High near 80.
