Love trying new whiskey's, but want to learn more about them? Take advantage of the Culinary Institute of Americas Informational Dining Series, Wednesday night, August 26, 2015.

On this magical night, you can join the founder and distiller of Tuthilltown Distillery, Ralph Erenzo, (Gardiner NY) and a local farmer to learn about the bounty to be found in the valley and the impact of terroir on food, wine, and spirits. After the informational discussion, you will enjoy a delicious farm-to-table dinner, showing off the bounty of the Hudson Valley.

This has been made possible with the CIA joining as an education partner for Taste NY, a program designed to showcase the many food and beverage products that are grown, sold, and produced here in the great state of New York.

Wednesday, August 26, 2015, 6 p.m.
