Rosendale Street Festival Returns 7/15 & 7/16

The Rosendale Street Festival returns on Saturday July 15 & 16, 2017.

You might ask 'What is the big deal about the Rosendale Street Festival?' The big deal is that it is two days of non-stop fun and entertainment.

During the two days, there will be over 70 bands, 100 vendors, parades, kids crafts and even a film festival. Yes, even a film festival. According to their website, it is a completely volunteer run event with the proceeds of the festival going to benefit the music departments of Rondout, Kingston and New Paltz School districts.

The fun will start on Saturday July 16 at noon and go until 9PM along Main Street in Rosendale. For Saturday there will be SEVEN stages of music and entertainment. On Sunday July 17, the festival will run from noon until 7PM, again with 7 stages of live music and entertainment. The parade, which is enjoyed by kids of all ages, will take place Sunday at 5:30PM.
