"Sex Toys" will help this state balance their budget. Which state is using sex toys to take care of this "unique problem". The state of Kansas is preparing to auction sex toys to fix budget problems.  The "Kansas City Star" reports thousands of adult items will be available in an online auction Monday after they were seized from a sex shop with an outstanding 163-thousand-dollar tax bill.  Officials confirmed the merchandise, ranging from lingerie, handcuffs and remote-controlled thongs was seized from United Outlets, LLC doing business as Bang.  The items are not being sold by the state, but rather were given back to Bang's owner to be auctioned off to pay the outstanding bill.
