Should Brandi’s Future Husband Be Fired Because Of Breakfast?

My future husband lives in New Jersey and has been teaching elementary school for the last 15 years. He is currently in the middle of a mandatory sabbatical from his job simply because he decided to stop and eat breakfast.
The complaint from the school district was that he was late because of it, 111 times in two years. My sweeties name is Arnold Anderson and he is allowed to keep his job according to the arbitrators. In a decision last month, the elementary school wanted to fire him for his tardiness, but Arnold said that it shouldn’t have anything to do with him being on time, but his abilities as a teacher that he should be judged on. Arnold is suspended without pay until Jan. 1.
