Slipknot/Stone Sour Frontman Announces Acting Role In ‘Sharknado 4′

The fact there will be a fourth Sharknado movie is pretty amazing. They just added some star power with Corey Taylor of Slipknot/Stone Sour announcing a role in the film.

Taylor revealed in a recent interview with Loudwire that he'll be playing a hotel security guard in the fourth installment of the franchise movie. You won't be able to catch it in theaters however, it'll be debuting on the Syfy network on July 31st at 8pm. Ian Ziering and Tara Reid will star alongside David Hasselhoff (he's big in Germany). Shardnado 4 will pick up five years after the East Coast was destroyed by sharks in the 3rd movie.

Stone Sour performed at The Chance back in the day and it was one of the best shows I've seen in Poughkeepsie. Corey Taylor met a bunch of WRRV listeners before the show and even bought everyone a shot.
