You never have to worry about being bored when it comes to Sloop Brewing. Their love of experimenting is as deep as their love for beer as a whole and all of that love comes through in their products.

Want a nice, hoppy IPA? Sure, they've got you covered. Want a refreshing peach Berliner Weiss with just a little bit of sour to it? No problem. Delicious, earth farmhouse beer? Well, they are located in a converted barn.

I have been waiting for this for a long time. @sloopbrewingco #craftbeer

Seriously, their location--which just opened in Elizaville about a month ago--is one of the most beautifully rustic, truly Hudson Valley taprooms you'll find. Here's what you can look forward to trying out:

The good news is that if you haven't had a chance to try their beer--or if you're like me and you have and you want more--you'll have an opportunity to do so. Not only have they scaled their brewing capacity up to ten times the original (!) they're going to be pouring at the Hudson River Craft Beer Fest.
