Hudson Valley get ready: Kingston is about to become the epicenter of all things food and flea market. The people who created Brooklyn Flea and Smorgasburg are bringing a version of it to the banks of the Hudson in Kingston, starting this June.

Food, local handmade items along with NY Craft Beers and artisanal products will be the main focus of the nearly 10 acre property formerly known as the Hutton Brickyards on North Front Street.

Jonathan Butler, who founded Brooklyn Flea, had this to say about bringing this type of business model to Kingston:

"There's a renaissance occurring in the creative economy in the Hudson Valley that we are looking forward to being a part of.  We think Kingston, with its central location, storied history, beautiful riverfront environment, and vibrant community, is the perfect place to pitch our tent (or in this case, tents)."

Smorgasburg will be held on Saturdays starting June 4 through the end of October, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. For more information or to apply to be a vendor please visit smorgasburg.com/upstate.
