A popular Hudson Valley children's hair salon is currently looking for a buyer.

Snip-It's on Route 9 in Wappingers is reportedly for sale. This is according to online realty listings and a message on another local business' Facebook page which is trying to assist the current owner in finding a buyer.

The posting says the kid's salon is priced to sell at $45,000.

For those who are not familiar with Snip-Its, the salon is geared towards giving kids a fun experience while getting their hair cut. Videos and music play while kids sit in the barber chair and young customers are rewarded with a special prize after their session is finished.

The business also hosts parties for children where they can get their hair styled with friends for birthdays and other special occasions. According to Facebook reaction, loyal customers are upset at the thought of the business closing, although there's no indication that Snip-Its is going anywhere. The sale does include the franchise, which would mean a new owner could continue to offer the same hair cutting services for kids.
