For those unfamiliar, botulism is a form of food poisoning that could potentially prove to be fatal. Symptoms can include general weakness, dizziness, double vision, trouble speaking and swallowing, difficulty breathing, weakness of other muscles, abdominal distension, and constipation. The company warns customers not to use the product even if it doesn't look or smell spoiled, and urges people with those symptoms to seek immediate medical attention.

The dip comes in 15-oz glass jars and the ones being recalled have a "Best Used By" date which ranges from November 1, 2018 to January 23, 2019. According to Kraft Heinz, no other sizes, varieties, or code dates have been included in the recall.
