Distracted driving is becoming more and more of a problem in today's gadget geared world. Don't get me wrong, technology is a wonderful thing however using that technology while behind the wheel is not only illegal, it's deadly.

A new law would allow the authorities to check the phone activity of a user after an accident to determine if distracted driving played a role in the incident.
