The Fishkill Food Pantry has shared that they are in desperate need of donations, with shelves at an all time low. This Saturday there will be a Food Drive in front of the Fishkill Police Department on Rt. 52, with convenient drive-through donation options.

Every year WRRV is involved with the Food Bank of the Hudson Valley, collecting non-perishable food items and cash donations as part of the JAM THE VAN campaign. It's an important cause and it's heart-warming to see people not only donating their time, money, and food to others in need, but also to bring their kids along to pass on the virtue of helping others...

This Thursday WRRV kicks off the "Jam The Van" food drive! All we're asking here is for you to show us your cans... canned food donations that is. We'll be hitting up Shop Rite locations all over the Hudson Valley collecting non-perishable food items and cash donations...
