The cost of child care is on the rise in America, according to a new survey from Care.com.  Care.com is a website service that advertises on behalf of those who are babysitters and for those who need sitters for their kids and pets.  According to the survey, Thirteen dollars and 44 cents per hour was the average price of a babysitter in 2014, up from 12 dollars and seven cents the previous year.  Costs have been on the rise over the past five years, up 28 percent since 2009. Twenty-six percent of parents say they tip their sitter, but only one in ten say they would pay an extra five-dollars per hour for someone to watch their kids at the last moment.  Overall, only 41 percent of parents say they have complete trust in their babysitter.
