So, I never buy new games. I'm not good enough at video games to justify the intense immediate expense. And I know that you're going to say. "Schwenker, if you play a new game for 60 hours, and it costs $60, you're spending $1 an hour for pure entertainment! That's a steal!" And I'd agree with you, if I didn't have a little money pit (my 2 year old) and a BIG money pit (my mortgage). Which is ironic, because I want to play new video games with my kid in my house.

So, I wandered into my local used video game store. I had finished Borderlands awhile back, and wanted to finish Borderlands 2 before the Pre-Sequel came out. As I'm standing in line, I spy a "Used Games under $10" bin. I'm thumbing through it. And eventually end up RE-buying Mass Effect 2 and Halo 2. Both are phenomenal, all-time great games in my opinion. I've also beat them both multiple times. I didn't intend on buying 2 more games that day, but the nostalgia (and AMAZING game play) from those games won me over.

SO! At the end of the blog post, I'm asking a question. Are there any games you would buy again, due to how much fun you playing them?

I'd imagine I'll end up buying Fallout 3 again eventually. That game haunted my dreams for months.
