After what feels like forever, the Hudson Valley will finally be at peak foliage this weekend.

I Love NY put out their weekly foliage report and for this weekend, we're finally at the peak of foliage in the Hudson Valley. For October 26 through October 28, expect to see brilliant leaf colors across the region.

Columbia County will have 80 to 95% color change for peak conditions this weekend. Expect to see colors of golden yellow and deep red. Dutchess County is also expected to be at peak foliage this weekend, with about 75% color change. You should see colors of red, orange and yellow, along with some green.

Just like the rest of the season, the more southern Hudson Valley counties aren't at the same levels of peak as Columbia and Dutchess Counties, but you'll still see some incredible color change. Orange County is at about 60% color change. You'll see shades of yellow, orange, rust and red. Rockland County is also at about 60% color change, with green, orange, red and yellow on leaves.

Bear Mountain will be at its midpoint, at 45% change will beautiful glimpses of red and gold in some places. Westchester County is still at about 15% color change.
