The Most Frustrating Part Of Playing A New Game

I was excited to buy the latest Assassin's Creed Game last week. I started playing two days ago and have about two hours of game play under my belt. "Origins" is the latest addition to the Assassin's Creed Franchise. My favorite to date has to be "Black Flag" which successfully combined Assassin's Creed with a pirate theme, very similar to Sid Meyer's Pirates which was launched in the 1980s for the Apple II, yeah it's old but I still love it!

I'm quite used to Assassin's Creed game play however they changed the control. The fighting mechanics are very different then what they've normally been. The attacks are the no longer on the button pad but on the right and left bumpers. I'm aware that I can change this most likely in the settings but it just puts me into a gamer rage when I'm used to one style of control and now they are throwing a new mechanic at me without even asking if I'm OK with it!

Ubisoft, for the record, I'm NOT OK with it. But the game does look amazing and I'm looking forward to exploring the world of ancient Egypt that you spent countless hours creating for me.
