Hudson Valley based The Other Brothers had the unique opportunity to work at the legendary Sound City Studios on their new EP 'Jones' and are now set to release the album to the world at a sold out New York City show this weekend.

American Beauty, in midtown Manhattan, will be rockin' this weekend as The Other Brothers unveil this EP they've worked so hard on. A majority of the album was recorded here in the Hudson Valley at ArtFarm Recording in Accord. But when it came time to mix and master the record, their producer David Anderson had begun working in LA. He offered to work on it from the same studio bands like Nirvana and Tom Petty are famous for recording seminal albums at. The result is the five song EP 'Jones' and it's definitely worth checking out.

If you're locked out of the sold out show this weekend, The Other Brothers next local date is in October at BSP in Kingston with Breakfast For The Boys.

Here's a great cover of Stevie Wonder's 'Boogie On Reggae Woman' from Garcia's in Port Chester a while back.
