Thirteen Hudson Valley pools were deemed the worst in all of New York State with many critical health or safety violations.

In 2017 hundreds of swimming pools received violations by the New York State Department of Health for violating New York state health and safety codes, according to newyorkupstate.com

The website then searched state records from the New York State Department of Health and the listed the worst 20 pools. These pools had the most critical violations. 13 of the 20 are in the Hudson Valley.

Health inspectors across the state inspected public swimming pool and pools at hotels, spas, country clubs and fitness centers, according to Syracuse.com

Below are the 13 pools with the most critical violations:

Cong Chaside Nadvorno, Woodridge (14 violations)
