Stephan Jenkins of Third Eye Blind recently reached out to WRRV to clear the air regarding the controversial concert in Cleveland and to discuss the upcoming EP 'We Are Drugs'.

Their Cleveland show during the Republican National Convention got a lot of press when Jenkins publicly railed against the RNC platform. The charity show, at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, drew fans from the nearby convention. He claims the impromptu protest was not planned, but felt it necessary to take a stand. The band went on to have a huge summer that included performances at many of the country's marquee festivals.

The new EP is set for a digital only release on Friday October 7th. This marks the beginning of a new way of doing business for the band. Long gone are the days of full length albums, instead they will focus on singles and EP's in an attempt to get music in your hands quicker.
