This Beastie Boys Video is Very Different Without Music

It's amazing how quickly the Beasties go from funloving troublemakers to terrifying psychopaths.

"(You Gotta) Fight For Your Right (To Party)" is one of the legendary videos of its era; coming just as hip-hop was breaking into the mainstream and as MTV was establishing itself as a mainstay in the modern American home, it was the perfect amount of obnoxious and fun.

But what happens when you take the song out of the equation? That's the question posed by Mario Wienerroither, a man who spends his time making new, non-music sounds to accompany music videos. The results are often funny, but in this case the Beastie Boys just come across as awful human beings. And it's great.
