Service on the Metro-North has been restored after being temporarily through Fairfield, CT. Reports of suspicious package on the Unquowa Road overpass had halted Metro-North service, as police and bomb squads investigated the area. Metro-North spokesman Aaron Donovan said the suspension began in both directions on the New Haven Line at about 6:15 am and resumed at 8:30 Friday morning.

So what was this suspicious package you ask? It appears to be some sort of kid's project that resembles the character Bender from Futurama.

Well, better safe than sorry. Sucks for those delayed but it is pretty funny.
