The Mars Chocolate Company has issued a voluntary recall of thousands of cases of Dove seasonal chocolate snowflake candies after a consumer discovered a piece of a Snickers in the bag.

The FDA states that between Sept. 19 and Dec. 1 approximately 6,700 cases of Dove Chocolate Assortment Snowflakes were shipped and distributed across 35 states. These packages could contain some SNICKERS®, MILKY WAY® and TWIX® pieces that have peanuts, wheat and/or eggs, but these ingredients are not listed on the outer package ingredient label.

According to the FDA, the 240z bags are sold at only "one major retailer." Although the FDA didn't identify the "major retailer" in their release several news organizations such as ABC have identified the retailer as Walmart.
