Top 5 WRRV Albums of 2017

It's been a great year for new music and we're here to count down the top five albums of 2017.

This years number one overall album is from Beck, 'Colors'. It was released in October after Beck had spent more than two years in and out of the studio working on it. Time well spent if you ask me.

He had previewed several of the tracks at his summer 2016 Mountain Jam performance and it was clear we were going to be getting a fun uptempo record. Beck is a masterful musician and paints with a different brush on each album. Beck's 2014 release 'Morning Phase' went on to win three Grammy's including Album of the Year.

For the full list of albums check out the video. I compiled the top five based on overall cultural impact, airplay and time spent on tour. Of course, we can't include all the amazing music released this year, so let me know in the comments which albums should be on the list.
