Subtropical Storm Alberto is hitting the South hard, and we're going to feel the effects.

While forecasts show Storm Alberto coming up more west than New York, it's likely we'll still feel the after effects. According to Patch, the storm is going to create some major rain for the Hudson Valley.

Patch says that we should expect rain the entire weekend, meaning June 1 through June 3. While it's supposed to be the weekend, it's noted the rain could start May 31 and go through June 4.

New York Upstate said to expect an inch of rain over the next 5 days, so May 31 through June 4. They say that the storm system is moving in slowly and that it will leave slowly.

According to Weather.com, we are expected to see clouds on Thursday, May 31. Thunderstorms on Friday, June 1, thunderstorms on Saturday, June 2, clouds on Sunday, June 3, and more rain on Monday, June 4.

Just like any weather, all of this can change at a moment's notice, so make sure to check back here for the latest forecast.
