Time Warner Customers Told To Change Password

Are you a Time Warner Cable email customer? If you are, you might want to change your email passwords.

Time Warner was recently notified, by the FBI, that over 320,000 of their customers email addresses and passwords had been stolen. Customers affected are the ones that use the "Roadrunner Email" or email addresses that contain ".rr". At this time, according to Reuters.com, Time Warner does not believe that any of their main systems were hacked and are not exactly sure how the thief were able to get the information, saying that maybe is was with phishing scams or malware attacks.

Allegedly, Time Warner has contacted the customers that were affected, but as a precaution, suggest that all Road Runner email customers change their email password frequently.
