Two very popular Hudson Valley restaurants are not among a group that suddenly closed down this week.

Last year, Bloomin’ Brands announced that 14 Bonefish Grill locations would close by 2019. At the time, the locations were not released.

On Wednesday, the Bonefish Grill in the Albany area suddenly closed its doors, reports the Times Union. All the Bonefish Grill locations in Connecticut also closed, according to NBC.

While a number of Bonefish Grills near the Hudson Valley have stopped cooking up delicious seafood, have no fear, the location in Poughkeepsie will remain open.

Friday afternoon, the General Manager at the Poughkeepsie Bonefish Grill told Hudson Valley Post that the restaurant is still open and operating as usual, adding the seafood joint as no plans on closing its doors anytime soon.

On Friday, Bloomin’ Brands, which also operates Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, closed 43 underperforming restaurants.

Hudson Valley Post also learned on Friday that the Outback Steakhouse on Route 9 in Wappingers Falls will remain open for business.
