An Ulster County man was arrested on charges of rape, endangering the welfare of a child and more.

The Ulster County Family and Child Advocacy Center completed an investigation of sexual contact between Justin Ross, 20, of Saugerties and a child younger than 15 years-old. Officials say the suspect and victim are known to each other.

Ross also allegedly engaged in sexual contact with a second victim who was also known to him.

Ross was charged with 2nd-degree rape, two counts of sexual misconduct, and two counts of endangering the welfare of child.

Ross was arraigned at Town of Saugerties Court and remanded the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $25,000 property bond. He’s due in Village of Saugerties Court on Monday.

Ross was additionally issued and order of protection preventing any contact with the victim.
