Warrant Wednesday: Dutchess County Woman Wanted for Forgery

A new week means a new list. Every week, the New York State Police have a list of outstanding warrants and they publish this information in the hopes that all of us will help spread the word. The New York State Police post these warrants on their Facebook page and, while we have highlighted an individual here, you can see all of this week’s outstanding warrants below.

New York State Police Troop K Poughkeepsie are looking for 20-year-old Maddison B. Hartsfield for forgery 1st degree and possession of a forged instrument. According to the New York State Police, Hartsfield is also wanted by the Town of Poughkeepsie Court following her arrest in July of 2016, charged with stealing, cashing and forging checks from her former employer. A warrant for her arrest was issued after she failed to appear in court in September of 2016. According to the New York State Police, Hartsfield resides in Millbrook.
