Warrant Wednesday: Putnam County Man Wanted For Burglary and Attempted Rape
Here are this week’s outstanding warrants from the New York State Police. They ask all of us to help by spreading the word. The New York State Police post these warrants on their Facebook page and, while we have highlighted an individual here, you can see all of this week’s outstanding warrants in the video below.
New York State Police Troop K, Brewster, are looking for 36-year-old Hector G. Cruz-Diaz for burglary and attempted rape. According to the New York State Police, Cruz-Diaz is wanted by both the NY State Police and the Village of Brewster Court following a burglary investigation in March of 2016. Cruz-Diaz unlawfully entered the victim's home and attempted to rape the victim. After failing to appear in court, a warrant was issued for his arrest. Cruz-Diaz has previously resided in Putnam county as well as Danbury, CT.
