Here are this week’s outstanding warrants from the New York State Police. They ask all of us to help by spreading the word. The New York State Police post these warrants on their Facebook page and, while we have highlighted an individual here, you can see all of this week’s outstanding warrants below.

New York State Police Troop F, Liberty, are looking for 21-year-old Billy David Wynn for sexual abuse 1st degree and endangering the welfare of a child. According to the New York State Police, Wynn was arrested for Sexual Abuse 1st Degree after he admitted to having sexual contact with a 16-year-old female. The police allege that Wynn forcibly kissed and touched the female while attempting to remove her clothing. He was arrested and remanded to Sullivan County Jail. Upon making bail, Wynn never returned to court to answer the charges and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. His last known address was in the Bronx, NY.
