Liquid nitrogen is cool as heck. I remember being on a field trip at the Liberty Science Center in New Jersey when I was in fourth grade and I got to watch someone dip a ski glove into liquid nitrogen and then smash it into a million pieces. It was the coolest thing ever.

There's something very satisfying about it. It's so surreal that the properties of something can change so profoundly with such little effort.

So, that in mind, let's watch someone do that with Jell-O. Why? Because why not? Just the slow-motion of regular ol' Jell-O being squished is awesome. Now you get to watch Jell-O turned into a frozen block and shattered? I mean, come on. Forget all the research into social problems and stuff. This is how science should be used.

See? Is liquid nitrogen the best or is it the best?
