I am a sucker for seeing movies on the big screen. I really don't think that the experience is the same sitting in your living room (albeit less expensive and I can do it in my pajamas) as you can get by watching a movie in all of its surround sound larger than life glory.

When I found out that Wayne & Garth where going to be back on the big screen to mark the 25th anniversary of their original movie debut, I got so excited. How exactly does one spell, 'Schwing?' That was until, I found out how few theaters where going to be showing the film.

Where in the Hudson Valley can you see Wayne & Garth (Mike Myers and Dana Carvey) up on the big theater screen for one night only (2/7 or 2/8)?

  • Poughkeepsie, at the Regal Cinema's Poughkeepsie Galleria 2/7 at 7PM
  • Middletown, at the AMC Crystal Run Galleria 2/8 at 7PM
  • Hartford, CT at Cinema City at the Palace 2/8 at 7PM
  • Albany at Regal Colonie, 2/7 at 7PM

Where else is it playing? It is unfortunate that not too many more places close to us are showing it. How many times have you watched this movie? Are you sick of it? Or do you still want to see it?

Keep in mind, you will not be able to un-see Simon eating this Big Mac? Do you think he is enjoying it?
