Weird Internet: A T-Rex Riding a Horse Playing Soccer

I like to have explanations for things, I like to know what's going on. I like to be the person who can explain things to people. That's incredibly self-important and pretentious, but in addition to being incredibly self-important and pretentious, I'm also honest. So here we are. If I don't know what's going on, and if I don't have an explanation, I feel like I'm lost in a sea of confusion and uncertainty.

That's where I am right now.

I have no idea what this is, I have no idea how or why it exists, I don't know where it comes from, and I don't know what anyone was thinking when they made it.
