Yep, quite simply, magic.

There's a certain delicate nature about doing parody videos or any kind of satire. You have to be clever enough for people to get that you're joking, but not so heavy-handed that the whole thing becomes annoying and over-the-top. You also have to be intimately familiar with the trademark aspects of what you're lampooning, the things that make it memorable.

All I can say is that the guy who made this must spend a whole lot of Sundays on Bar Rescue binges because this thing is completely pitch perfect.
