We all know that eating right can be tough but it really is the key to losing weight. According to an article in Buzzfeed, there's this new thing called 'perimeter shopping that can help you eat some better food.

This new kind of shopping is where you don't go strolling down all of the aisles. You know, where the Pop-tarts and Oreos are. Instead, they suggest you only go on the outer perimeter. This is where you'll find all the things like produce, deli meat and water.
