Who’s Your Favorite Hudson Valley Senior, 2017?

Do you have a favorite Hudson Valley Senior? Ok, you caught me, I am not talking about graduating class at your favorite high school, I am talking about a person over the age of 60.

Dutchess County Office of the Aging is asking for nominations for the Senior Citizen of the year. There are four categories that they would like you to submit for;

• Male Senior Citizen of the Year
• Female Senior Citizen of the Year
• Senior Couple of the Year
• Senior Achievement Award

The deadline to submit nominations is March 31, 2017. You are able to nominate more than one person per category. Winners will be announced in April and they will then be honored at the annual Dutchess County Celebration of Aging event May 22 at Villa Borghese in Wappingers Falls.
