Ok, so this it the time of the week that I am normally sharing details about a cool wine event that will be happening this weekend in the Hudson Valley.  This week there is a slight twist. Hudson Valley Hard Cider Week (June 12-June 21) kicks off this weekend and how better to celebrate it, then by going to a winery and drinking hard cider while listening to live music with no cover charge? Here's what I'm talking about!

Applewood Winery, home of Naked Flock Hard Cider,  is kicking off their "Summer of Cider" events this Saturday June 12th from noon to 5pm. There will 8 different ciders on tap to try, $5.00 cider pints, live music from Black Dirt Bandits, and food available for purchase from the Cheese Steaks of America food truck.

No outside food or beverages permitted. Food available for purchase from the Cider Cafe.
