It's a bummer when you're called ugly. On the flipside, being called handsome or any other similar adjective for being good-looking will put a nice spring in your step. Well, some folks in Zimbabwe have found a way to tap into the possibility of benefiting from both. Yep, these folks have found a way to make being ugly work for them.

The Mr. Ugly contest has been going on in Zimbabwe since 2012 and has been dominated by William Masvinu ever since. Apparently, he's sort of the Joey Chestnut of the world of competitive ugly. But this year, a man named Mison Sere took the crown and, well, things didn't go so well for the organizers of the contest.

Check out the story below, along with my analysis about how there are really no losers in this particular competition. In fact, I think they all might be geniuses.
