WRRV At Celebration Of Lights In Poughkeepsie This Friday
WRRV will be out this Friday for the 21st annual Celebration of Lights in the City of Poughkeepsie River District. From 5:30-7:30 you can catch up with us in front of Noahs Ark on Mill Street which is the best place to watch the parade and tree lighting. Plus Noahs will be serving up plenty of delicious adult beverages along with their world famous Friday Happy Hour.
The parade kicks off at 6:30 on Main Street and will finish up right by Noahs. At 7:15, we'll see the tree lighting followed by the areas only winter fireworks display.
The Walkway Over The Hudson is also getting in on the action hosting their December Member Moonwalk. Admission is just $5 and is free for Walkway members and kids under 16.
The action continues at the Bardavon at 8pm, they'll be showing the classic Muppet Movie at 8pm, all seats just $6.

T he 21st annual Celebration of Lights Parade and Fireworks is presented by The Bardavon and City of Poughkeepsie, in conjunction with Vassar Brothers Medical Center/Health Quest, Central Hudson, Rhinebeck Bank, TD Bank Foundation, the Poughkeepsie River District Business Association and Walkway over the Hudson.
