WRRV Concert Calendar: Alternative Vets “Dinosaur Jr.” in NYC

I got my Dinosaur Jr. "Without A Sound" album from Columbia House. It was one of the reasons I joined the cd club in the first place. I REALLY wanted a few of those free cds when you signed up, one of which was Dinosaur Jr.

I totally underappreciated them from the beginning. Sure, I loved "Feel The Pain". It's a phenomenal song. But that album is CRAZY GOOD! I think DJ suffered from the fact that straight grunge was so popular that they just got lost in the noise. Seriously.

Go back and listen to the album and you'll see it's like you're discovering some utopia of music you always wanted but didn't know existed.

And then go by tickets to see them. They're going to be playing at Irving Plaza on November 30th. It's a Wednesday. I can't go.
