WRRV Welcomes Trapt To Poughkeepsie

Our old friends Trapt will be returning to Poughkeepsie with special guests Smile Empty Soul for a show at The Chance Theater on May 18th. Tickets are on sale now and could be a great gift for Mothers Day for moms who like to rock.

WRRV will be dishing out tickets to the show the week of May 8th so if you want to take a shot we'll be giving those away with Brandi and Nick on The Morning Grind and yours truly in the afternoon. Everyone who wins tickets will get an invite to the private Trapt acoustic performance before the show.

We last crossed paths with Trapt before their October '14 performance in town. We've made some major audio and visual upgrades since their last performance. In the meantime Trapt released a new studio album called DNA in the summer of 16 and took part in the Make America Rock Again Tour to support the album.

Joining Trapt and Smile Empty Soul on 5/18 will be Toy Called God, Frank Palangi and Christian Gisondi Music.
