Dr. Solomons

Since 1995, Dr. Solomons has been committed to providing advanced, high-quality medical, surgical and dental care for small animals. Dr. Solomons purchased Middlehope Veterinary Hospital in 1995 with a desire to practice cutting edge veterinary medicine, surgery and dentistry. As a certified Fear Free veterinarian, he knows that a pet’s emotional wellbeing is as important as their physical wellbeing. He knows that it is important for pets to feel calm and relaxed at each visit not just for their own comfort, but also because a calm demeanor allows for more accurate exams and tests.

Dr. Solomons is a member of the American Animal Hospital Association, New York State Veterinary Medical Society, Hudson Valley Veterinary Association and the Animal Emergency Clinic of the Hudson Valley. Dr. Solomons’ special interests include orthopedic surgery, dermatology, dentistry, geriatric medicine and pharmacology.
