The American Heart Association/American Stroke Association will be at Orange County Chamber of Commerce, NY Member's On Monday luncheon on November 18th to teach Hands-Only CPR and talk about heart health, stress, blood pressure and how to stay healthy during the holiday season.

Heart disease is the number 1 killer worldwide, and stroke ranks second. With stress in our jobs and life at an all time high, learn how we can take small steps towards living longer, healthier lives.

Registration is $10 per person. Light lunch will be served. Advance RSVPs requested.
