Is this Halloween Decoration too scary?

I was at a Juliet Cafe & Billiards on a Friday Night. They really get into holiday festivities over there. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was a floating spectre if you will. This ghost floated from one end of the room to the other.

Arms extended and what appears to be a smile made me think this isn't that scary. However, it is adorable. I struggled all night trying to come up with a cute friendly name that wasn't stolen from Casper.

I pretty sure this "floating vapor" wants little more than a hug. Think about it, all that's missing is a sign that says free hugs and this goes from scary to comforting. I never hugged this unnamed spirit but I managed to steal a few high fives every time it floated over my head.
