Beloved Food Truck Finds New Home In Ulster County, NY
Personally, I love food trucks! I’m thankful that we can support these local businesses at fairs, festivals, events and more.
What Does The Hudson Valley Community Love About Food Trucks?
I’ll speak for the majority of Hudson Valley residents. Food trucks are convenient. There’s been times that I’ve been at events that I was hungry and thankfully, there is a food truck option!
For the most part, they prepare the food fresh the day of and sometimes, make it in front of you. The prices of food trucks don’t seem to be as expensive as restaurants.
I’ve tried really delicious food from local food truck vendors. It seems as if they have unique and creative options. The variety of different food trucks especially at events and festivals makes it exciting to be able to choose from cuisines.
Overall, food trucks are fun and are usually in a casual setting.
